Warranty – Antique Kitchen Cabinetry

Warranty Period

This limited warranty is effective for 1 year from the date of purchase and applies solely to the original purchaser. It covers defects in materials or craftsmanship under standard use conditions.

Covered Products

This warranty includes all Antique Kitchen Cabinetry products, such as cabinets with thermofoil finishes.

Warranty Resolution

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Antique Kitchen Cabinetry will, at its discretion, discuss a reasonable solution with you upon contact and inspection.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from Misuse or Accidents: Issues caused by neglect, abuse, burns, stains, deformation, or accidental damage.

• Improper Installation or Care: Defects resulting from incorrect installation or inadequate maintenance.

• Unauthorized Alterations: Products modified, repaired, or handled by anyone other than Antique Kitchen Cabinetry or its authorized agents.

• High Heat Exposure: Damage from temperatures above 85°C (185°F) or placement near heat sources without proper insulation.

• Improper Use or Storage: Damage from outdoor use, improper storage, or unintended applications.

• Normal Wear: Deterioration due to regular use over time.

• Related Costs: Expenses for installation, shipping, or other costs associated with warranty claims.

• Indirect Damages: Loss of use, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages.

• Labour Charges: Costs for labour related to warranty claims.

Claim Procedure

To file a claim, the original purchaser must contact Antique Kitchen Cabinetry at sales@antiquekitchen.ca, providing proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It excludes all other warranties, express or implied, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
